As usual Cvent Connect 2021 was illuminating! There was so much going on between the enlightening keynotes, to the numerous Featured Sessions, to the delicious food and amazing parties. But one thing stood out to me, the camaraderie. Gone are the days of working in secret, keeping everything under wraps to try and capture some competitive advantage. Instead, most attendees were taking an interest in what others are doing, sharing ideas and strategies. Whether it was providing help to someone, learning something new, or discussing a possible collaborative effort to provide a more comprehensive and pleasing experience to customers, most attendees were all in. As for SAC Designs, our main goal is to provide unique and engaging stories via animation. Whether it’s providing information or drive energy and excitement for an event or product, we work closely with our clients to make sure we exceed expectations. This could be seen on the Large LED display at Caesar’s where we worked with Cvent to tell their Las Vegas Cvent Connect arrival story, using 3D animations and super fun custom graphics. We created 20 plus videos for Cvent Connect at Caesars Forum. Two of the animations were in 3D for the large LED screen measuring 12,096 x 3,072 pixels, wrapping around two walls. The main 3D video, was created to engage the attendees with an incredible visual presentation, right when they walked through the door. The goal was to stop people in their tracks and have them post it to their social media to spread the word of the event.
We also created a whole new video look and feel throughout the tradeshow floor. Using bold typography, vibrant colors and a unique animation style to help brand these Cvent videos. These 15-30 second videos were created to target both the in-person and online attendees. They were used to highlight both Cvent applications and their partners such as Forrester, Sales Force and more. Our videos were everywhere.
